Lavender Jade:

This stone, though somewhat rare, is worth tracking down. It has a gentle energy that is said to soothe, balance and heal and to bring joy, inner peace and harmony as well as put you in touch with your emotions. I think oftentimes all journeys boil down to one of battling the waves of emotions and this stone does bring great balance to this area.

It also encourages moderation and delicacy when dealing with emotional matters which is so difficult, especially at times, especially in matters of the heart and in fact, Lavender Jade is traditionally given as a gift to someone who has been hurt or disappointed in love.

It’s also a beautiful stone of spiritual purification and an excellent crystal to use on retreats or during meditations. It helps in releasing cynicism and suppressed anger, and to embrace an attitude of serene acceptance.

As I said at the beginning, this stone is among the more rare ones and can be more costly, but if you are looking to expand your experiences with stones, this is one I recommend highly.

Agate

Agate is a stone of strength. It was used by the Ancients on the breastplates of armor to give warriors strength and make them victorious in battle. Energetically, it is considered to give strength in battle both emotionally and physically.

Agate is a very protective stone and attracts strength.

Emotionally, it gives courage, emotional strength, self-confidence, and dispels fears. It can also lessen feelings of envy and assists with acceptance of all things, along with stopping the burning desires for things we do not need.

All these things make it a great stone for the twin flame journey. Because of the harmonizing qualities it is also considered by many to be an excellent stone for helping to heal and improve relationships.

Amethyst

First and foremost, amethyst is a type of quartz and therefore is a great energy stone. It is the stone of St. Valentine and of faithful lovers because St. Valentine was thought to have worn an Amethyst ring engraved with the image of Cupid. It is also referred to as the “couple’s stone” and gives meaning to relationships that, over time, transcends the carnal union and gives way to deeper connection and a more soulful communion.

The reason I’m recommending this stone today, is because it has a soothing quality and is often associated with peace and tranquility. Its soothing and protective essence works in favor of cleansing our mind which is very helpful if we are trying to achieve surrender, which for me, today, is essential I stay in.

It relieves anxiety, worry, and restlessness and increases mental strength, stability and inner energy. It protects our mind from mental attacks, and helps to transform negative thinking into positive. Amethyst brings an understanding of all sorts of transformation processes.

Rhodochrosite

This stone represents selfless love and compassion. It is a wonderful stone to use when working with the Heart Chakra and relationships and it encourages you to feel love for yourself.

Rhodochrosite ca be responsible for attracting a soulmate  or twin flame into your life. If you haven’t met your twin yet, using this stone in meditation can help raise the energy vibration enough to bring the twin into your life. Lastly, Rhodochrosite teaches the heart to assimilate painful feelings without shutting down, and removes denial.
